The Digital Client Servicing Specialist manages client relationships and supports digital campaign planning and execution. Serving as a link between clients and internal teams, they ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and goal alignment. The role also involves contributing creative ideas, suggesting strategic improvements, and staying updated on digital trends to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and smooth coordination across all touchpoints.
- Take ownership of client briefs and translate them into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities for internal teams.
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare and manage campaign documents including reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
- Participate in client meetings, capturing feedback, aligning expectations, and ensuring action points are followed through.
- Track campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to recommend improvements based on results.
- Suggest creative ideas and marketing strategies that align with client goals, brand tone, and digital trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to bring relevant insights and fresh ideas to client discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and reflect the client’s brand accurately.
- Identify potential issues early and take steps to keep timelines and quality on track.
- Support account growth by recognizing opportunities to introduce new services or expand existing ones.
Job Requirement
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or client servicing role.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels—social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of marketing metrics and data analysis.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
