Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and identify testing needs.
• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain intact after updates.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and testing tools, recommending improvements as needed.

Job Requirement

• 1 to 2 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
