Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define and implement user-centric designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure consistency in design patterns and visual language across all products.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to our products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support in their professional development

Job Requirement

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design work.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
