Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable WordPress code that adheres to best practices.
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders throughout the WordPress development lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless integration of WordPress solutions with third-party services and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and help to improve the overall WordPress developer profile of the team.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our WordPress code base, ensuring long-term scalability and ease of use.

Job Requirement

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Expertise in WordPress theme and plugin development, with a deep understanding of the platform’s architecture.
• Strong familiarity with WordPress REST API and ability to customize WordPress installations.
• Solid experience in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize relational databases within a WordPress environment.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and development best practices for WordPress sites.
• Comfortable with third-party APIs integration (e.g., Google APIs, social media platforms).
• Knowledge of popular WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar.
• Passionate about clean design, top-tier coding standards, and keeping up with the latest WordPress development trends.
• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech/BSc/BCA) in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant experience.
